Cordelia was the princess of Shang Tu over a century ago during the ancient times of Avalice.
Appearance[]
Cordelia was a female earth dragon with light-brown skin, black hair and red eyes. As a princess, she wore a royal dress with a color combination of black, white, blue and gold. She also wore a gold crown with a sapphire jewel on her head. As a commoner, Cordelia wore a white tunic with gray sleeves and gold and blue rims, while her hair is kept in a pair of ponytails.
Personality[]
Very little is known about Cordelia, asides that she ruled Shang Tu and seemed to have had a mysterious connection to Merga and the ancient starship, Bakunawa. The history books of the present day have little-to-no information about her life, though the Royal Magister may hold the answers.
Overview[]
In Freedom Planet 2, Cordelia appears mostly as memory, her image appearing within numerous locations throughout Avalice such as recordings of her in Time Capsules, a mural painted by Babsi at the docks near Shuigang Palace, and a (fragmented) statue in Adventure Square on the island of Parusa.
Relationships[]
Merga[]
Cordelia first met Merga when she travelled to Parusa in an attempt to broker a peace between their people. Though their relationship started out antagonistic, they had a mutual respect for each other and slowly formed a friendship that would eventually turn into a romance. But ill-fate struck as the earth dragons used the Kingdom Stone's power to seal Merga in a crystal prison. So, in the event that Merga breaks free form her prison, Cordelia used Pangu to leave a message for her lover, wishing her happiness and the hopes of them being reunited someday.
Perlas[]
Perlas was Cordelia's maid during ancient times, with Cordelia describing Perlas as "one of the good ones", despite the tension between their people. However, after thousands of water dragons were killed by the "accidental" firing of Bakunawa's mining laser, Perlas and the other water dragon servants cut all ties with Cordelia.
Trivia[]
- Cordelia has multiple unused dialogue icons, two of them containing her in her blue formal attire.
